2008 - 7th Annual Torontomaxima.com BBQ (Discussion)

It's been a hard year for the site which resulted in the 2008 - 7th Annual TMEC BBQ planning being delayed and event almost cancelled.... Almost! It's TMEC's once a year main event that our members all look forward to. How could we pass on tradition. I figure it's better late than never!

I've been working diligently on getting the site back up for this one reason. The reason why so many ex-maxima drivers still hang around the forum. For the interaction with the terrific community we have built. The BBQ is an ideal way to bring our OG community back together and meet new members and see what's new with one another's ride. One day out of our busy life to hang out with friends.

I would like to organize something for mid August at our usual stompin' ground at Rattlesnake Point in Milton. This gives me about a month to put things together. I will try my best to follow the agenda of prior years but being low on time, it might be a much simpler event. Simpler isn't all that bad as those of you who attended the 2005 BBQ by the circular firepit (will upload MarkhamMax's video) will remember.

Everyone's invited. Come out to meet the club. We need to get to work. Spread the word. I'll poll a few dates but we need to decide quick. So who's in?
