Pavilion A (Signs will be posted at the gates in case you forget.)
DRIVING DIRECTIONS/CONVOY OPTIONS:
Join one of our groups departing from your area for the drive there:
(A) Kennedy Commons/Front of Tim Horton’s - departing at 9:30am
(B) 401-Dixie Auto mall/Front of Country Style - departing at 10:30am
(C) Arrive at Rattlesnake Park gates for 11:00am
(If you miss the convoy - please go directly to the park)

From 401 -- Take Highway 25 (320) South to Steeles Avenue, West on Steeles to Appleby Line, South on Appleby for 3 km.
From Q.E.W. -- Take Appleby Line North; 1 km North of Derry Road on top of escarpment.
TICKETS:
Tickets are $25.00 per member/car. This includes park fees, raffle ticket and lunch. Additional Guest(s) who are passengers in your car is $10.00 each. Cash will be collected at the Dixie-401 Convoy location and tickets given out before we depart. Try to bring correct change. Please have your ticket ready and surrender the ticket to the attendant at the park gate upon arrival. Try not hold up the line. If you’re late, please head directly to the park, pay the separate park admission, then see us to pay your balance and get your stamp. Everyone must check-in to receive your voting ballot and stamp at the park. Your car number (used for voting) will be given to you after check-in. Please attach the sticker to your windshield on the driver side top corner.
ITINERARY:
10:00 -- Meet at 401/Dixie
10:30 -- Convoy departs for RattleSnake Point
11:00 -- Entry to park and check-in
12:00 -- Lunch
03:00 -- Voting ends - Ballots in
04:00 -- Winners announced
05:00 -- Clean up
Voluntary entry into the competition is included with your ticket fee. Voting will be conducted on the day of the BBQ, so you have to be there to win!!!

There are no alcohol/drugs/weapons allowed in the park. It is a family-oriented facility. Watch your speed. Loud music and burnouts will not be tolerated. Please drive responsibly here and back and obey all traffic regulations. Do not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities. If you are joining us for the convoy, please keep in line at a safe distance. This is not a race. We drive slower to stay as a group and enjoy the drive. If you have a problem with this, do not come.
